Reprezent Radio takeover with Cooly G

Continuing our Reprezent Radio residency with UK funky queen and Hyperdub day one Cooly G.

Every second Thursday of each month sees us take over 107.3’s airwaves for a two hour dose of the most exciting and innovative music we can get our hands on, unbounded by genre and throwing spotlight on a number of rising producers we feel are making exciting movements across the scene.

This week we were joined by UKF queen Cooly G. Emerging on the underground scene around 2008 with the timeless Love Dub EP, the South London artist has gone on to release countless club skankers via Hyperdub, Night Slugs and her own imprint Dub Organizer. She’s also released two full lengths that stretch far beyond the dance, exploring sensual, hypnotic spaces via deep synth jams and her own voice, and ultimately marking her as one of the underground’s most intriguing figures.
