Rave For The Rainforest, a collaboration between a small group of labels, promoters, charities, and designers, will come to North London’s Five Miles this Friday to raise money for the Rainforest Action Network’s Protect an Acre project.
Developed by charitable club collective Dance For Refuge, promoters Koyo Ren and Fall Up, Love Will Save the Day, Zaatari Radio and record label Tiff’s Joints, the evening will work as a two-room affair with South London production unit Dark Sky topping the bill.
Support across the two rooms will see sessions from Poly-Ritmo, Louise Chen, Errol Anderson, Kassian and more.
All profits from the party will be donated to The Rainforest Action Network’s Protect an Acre project, a scheme which since 1985 has been helping efforts to secure protection for millions of acres of traditional territory in forests around the world.
Ahead of the party, tuck into Dark Sky’s recent Hyponik mix.
