As the capital prepares for one of the biggest weekends in the summer calendar, Labyrinth have announced their Notting Hill Carnival afterparty, and will be heading back to The Steelyard to celebrate. The London based promoters have programmed a lineup that celebrates the finest in drum and bass, dubstep and world music, with sets from LTJ Bukem, Deep Medi boss Mala, and Awesome Tapes from Africa.
They will be joined by Afriquoi, who will both DJ and play a percussive set, SP:MC, Labyrinth resident Nick Castle and Drop Out Disco. The underground-music platform Keep Hush will be taking over room 2, having grown from putting on secret parties in Oxford to live streaming some of the big hitters of the UK grime and bass scene.
The Carnival Session is on Sunday 26th August at The Steelyard.
