Field Day unveils new site for 2019 festival

Field Day has earned a reputation as one of the leading day festivals in the UK. With this year’s edition featuring a genre spanning lineup, with artists such as Helena Hauff, Loyle Carner, Erykah Badu and Madlib filling the bill, this comes as no surprise. Whilst the festival’s pedigree will no doubt continue into the future, next year’s edition is set to charter new ground, quite literally.

Having called Victoria Park home for the first ten years, and Brockwell Park this year, the organisers have chosen a North London warehouse complex for the upcoming shindig. 4 interlinked warehouses set across a 10 acre site make the new Meridian Water venue the largest music warehouse complex in the UK, and will be sure to set the vibes right from the start. The former gasworks are located next to Tottenham Marshes have been chosen by Luke Huxham, the festival director, for the following reason:

“This new site will allow us to break down the restrictions that London festivals are normally faced with and deliver an unrivalled experience.”
