Farr Festival announce second wave of acts for 2017

The Hertfordshire festival reveals some big names for their second announcement.

Following their initial lineup announcement in February – which featured the likes of Helena Hauff, Todd Terje and Omar-S – Farr Festival have now revealed their second lineup instalment for 2017.

Fast rising R&B talent Nao – who was nominated for Best British Female Artist at the Brit Awards 2017 – will head up the festival’s new live stage.

She’ll be joined by Leeds-based outfit Submotion Orchestra, fresh from their 2016 album Colour Theory on Ninja Tune imprint, Counter Records. PMR Records’ SG Lewis will also play, bringing his pop-inflected soul to the live stage.

Further DJ announcements include the return of Panorama Bar resident Tama Sumo, alongside Ivan Smagghe and Disco Halal label boss Moscoman.

Inverted Audio will be hosting an ambient stage, Campfire Headphase, which is hosting a stellar lineup of leftfield artists including Huerco S., Giegling’s Leafar Legov, Machine Woman, Sad City and Basses Terres.

East London venue, Brilliant Corners, will fit a yurt with their own Klipsch sound system, with a range of selectors including Cedric Woo, Belle Bette, recent Hyp mix contributor Brian Not Brian, and many more.
