fabric mix series concludes with Craig Richards, Terry Francis and Keith Reilly

The triple CD sees three pivotal figures round of proceedings for the iconic collection.

Since its inception in 2001, the studio series has exposed listeners to the cutting edge dance cuts and age-old classics synonymous with the clubbing experience of fabric. With its trademark metal casing, the series “has provided a physical realisation of the club’s mission to support underground culture, documenting crucial developments in style and genre with an extensive list of artists.” 100 couldn’t represent the series any better if it tried, as paramount players Craig Richards, Terry Francis and founder Keith Reilly step up to the decks for the last edition of the series as we know it.

Having curated the initial release back, Richards has a storied relationship with the super-club. A Saturday resident since the early days, the distinguished disc-jokey has compelled countless bodies into action with his genre-surfing selection. Chopping-and-changing his record bag, no two sets are the same with this wily veteran. Another of the club’s figureheads, Francis has forged his internationally-acclaimed reputation over a similar timescale. Turning out the second edition of the series, the resident effortlessly blends DJ tools and floor-fillers alike, producing a unique sonic aesthetic. Reilly, as one of the founding fathers of the world famous institution, knows the fabric formula better than anyone. Since its opening in 1999, Reilly has been at the forefront of soundtracking the club, curating jaw-dropping lineups of superstar DJs and prodigious talent.

The triple disc package draws upon the sounds that have bellowed out of the premier system in the UK scene over the past two decades. Offering an electro-infused mix, Richards will no doubt showcase his encyclopaedic knowledge of little-known bangers and main room weapons. Paying homage to the three rooms constituting the club, Francis tips his hat to the different vibes associated with each dance floor. With the concluding volume, Reilly will lay down a sumptuous and soulful set of upbeat house guaranteed to incite euphony.
