DJ Python’s ‘Rosada’ comes as part of V/A compilation ‘Discos en 3/Cuartos’, to be released on Dengue Dengue Dengue’s new label, Kebrada.
Peruvian duo Dengue Dengue Dengue have founded new label, Kebrada, shining a light on the freshest Latin creatives in electronic music. Their first release comes as a compilation featuring an array of talented artists both new and established. Tracks from QOQEQA, Dj Raff, Funeral, Nick León, Debit, Aristidez can be found within.
Named ‘Discos en 3/Cuartos’ which translates to ‘Records in 3/4’, the forthcoming compilation is focused on the exploration of polyrhythms and patterns in triplets. This concept has been applied by all featured artists, a method of working already applied by some but new to others.
The first track to be unveiled is DJ Python‘s ‘Rosada’. A blissful meander through ambient synth work and skilled 808 syncopation. Check it out below.
The new V/A ‘Discos en 3/Cuartos’ will be available 12th September in digital and double LP formats via Kebrada.
