Keith Flint, frontman of The Progidy, was found dead on Monday 4th of March; it was later disclosed that he took his own life. In his honour, there will be a party held on Saturday 16th March at The Cause’s garage space. 100% of all proceeds will go to their charity partners, which are Mind in Haringey and Calm. The former provides information and advice for people with mental health problems who primarily live in Haringey; the latter is a campaign against male suicide, you can call 0800 58 58 58 for more information.
The lineup includes artists who were affiliated with The Progidy in their early years, such as Nebula 2, Billy Nasty, Slipmatt, and Jason Warlock.
For those of you who can’t make it, The Cause has launched a Just Giving page for donations to the charities.
You can buy tickets for the night here.
