Sun-kissed grooves from London grafter Hutch.
London favourite Hutch has been busy working on his craft for quite some time now. Learning the tricks of the trade as a three-year resident for Ministry of Sound when he was just 19, Hutch is now the go-to-guy for respected brands like Rinse FM, Chunk & Tuckshop. If he’s not behind the decks then you can probably catch him writing or speaking about music, having previously worked as an editor for i-D Magazine and often appeared on BBC Radio 1’s Review show with Edith Bowman.
What we’re trying to tell you is, the guy lives and breathes music. His endless graft makes him one of the UK underground’s most reliable DJs, whilst his unique ability to connect the dots between UKG, grime, house, techno and beyond means he’s equally able to spin next to acts as diverse as DJ Bone, Wookie and Shed.
For his debut Hyponik mix he runs with the records that currently won’t leave his bag, touching on a wide spectrum of sun-kissed grooves that inevitably all lead to the party.
