Mor Elian and Rhyw’s Fever AM is the record label they started together to focus on the “deeper, darker reaches of electronic music.” Whilst Elian hails from Israel and Rhyw is Welsh-Greek, both artists now reside in Berlin, and formed the idea to start a platform after discovering they had similar musical tastes and upbringings.
Rhyw is perhaps best known as one half of formidable techno duo Cassegrain, whilst Mor Elian has quickly risen to become one of the underground’s most promising new names, dropping fierce club mutations via labels like Hypercolour, Delft and Radio Matrix. Like their label quote states, both aren’t afraid to let things get weird, proving with their combined releases on Fever AM that their intent is to continually find inventive ways to derail the murkiest of dancefloors.
Supplying us with a B2B label mix, they’ve chosen to let the tracklist remain a mystery, but we can mention that some of the destructive club noise come from acts like Gacha Bakradze, Maenad Veyl, Beta Librae, T++ and Machine Woman. Cutthroat from the get go, tuck in below.
Mor Elian’s Move Like Atoms EP is out now on Fever AM.
Keep up the with the label here.
