Pedestrian, known as Jack Sibley to his Mum, is an impeccable selector and versatile producer. His discography spans Gilles Peterson’s Brownswood, our friends at 2nd Drop, Push & Run and Metalheadz, on top of sterling remix efforts from Emeli Sande, Jon Phonics and Maribou State. We welcomed Sibley on to the Hyponik boat-party at this Summers Soundwave festival and he caused quite the stir.

As we discussed with the man himself, his Hyponik mix consists of a collection of tracks that haven’t left his speakers recently. He has instructed that we keep the tracklist under wraps for the time being, as it taints the listening experience first time round. What we can tell you is that this is a blissful, meandering journey through the worlds of Slum Village, Amp Dog Night, Detroit Swindle, Royce Wood Jr, Floating Points and more…
