West London is shortly due to host the biggest street party in Europe as Notting Hill Carnival season breaks in for 2019 this Bank Holiday weekend.
The two-day long celebration of sound system and Caribbean culture spills out over Ladbroke Grove, Westbourne Park and Westbourne Grove, with 2019’s parade route hosting 14 steel bands, 36 sound systems and more than 100 live stage acts.
