Since first appearing in 2016 with his dreamy house EP, Life Without Love on Jungle Gym Records, Moscow’s Marco Lazovic has shown us just how far his sonic palette can reach, with the rising producer pulling from the worlds of jungle, ambient, breakbeat rave and deep house alike.
His new release Young Days follows an earlier record for Poland’s GASP, and sees him continuing to toy with percussive breaks and lo-fi textures, made up of 6 untitled tracks that comes described as an “onslaught of sampled breaks, heavy chops and production roughness”.
Forthcoming via Lobster Theremin’s ’90s inspired white label series, today we’re excited to premiere a cut off the EP, ‘Untitled 2′. Whilst the track’s combined ingredients of euphoric pads, busted amens’ and fuzzy atmospheres isn’t exactly a new recipe, Marco Lazovic does more than make sure each of the components are brewed properly!
Young Days is out November 23 on Lobster Theremin.
