Jaunt continue to mark 10 years with fresh techno drills from label friends.
Headed up by Blackhall & Bookless, the Newcastle born, London based techno label Jaunt reached a decade in the game back in 2017, celebrating the landmark with a killer triple pack release of various club tools compiled by label friends like Basic Soul Unit, Luke Hess, Reigon and AWOL.
Now revisiting the series, Jaunt round up a fresh batch of techno talent and extended family members to offer fresh takes on each episode from the three EPs, and following the July release of 10YRS RMX EP1 in July – the second remix package is now ready to hit the shelves with offering Marcus Suckut, BNJMN, Aubrey and Tripeo.
Our favourite cut comes from Berlin based Londoner BNJMN, who fresh off the release of his ambient album Pyrrhic, dives straight back into rhythm-driven techno territory, adjusting the shift of Artefakt’s ‘Wanderings’ through tingling synth play and heavyset kick drums.
10YRS RMX EP2 is out October 7th via Jaunt Records.
