New Additions To Echo Festival Announced

Magda, Redshape, John Roberts and more added to the Croatian festival’s lineup.

Echo Festival is a relative newcomer to the burgeoning roster of festivals on the Adriatic coast. Making its debut last year, the event brought an impressive bill of electronic luminaries to the beautiful Croatian coastline, with showcases and beach parties hosted by the likes of Krankbrother, Well Rounded and Church.

2013 sees the festival in a new (but equally stunning) location, touching down at Kanegra, near the Istrian town of Umag on June 6-9th. Organisers have just announced a string of additions to the lineup, with two of Berlin’s most revered figures joining the party in the form of techno first lady Magda, and the enigmatic Redshape. Also present will be US deep house talent John Roberts, Dummy Records affiliate Lorca, and German minimalist Audio Werner.

The Echo lineup is shaping up to be one of the strongest Croatia has to offer this summer, with Nick Hoppner, Petre Inspirescu, Space Dimension Controller, XXXY and D-Bridge also headlining proceedings.

More Hyponik x Echo Festival announcements to come over the next few weeks.
