The latest edition of the bi-lingual Swiss magazine features Vessel, Juju & Jordash, the Golden Pudel, M.E.S.H. and more.
zweikommasieben is an extremely DIY bi-lingual music magazine based out of Lucerne, Switzerland. Translating directly to read “2.7” it has a focus on documenting interesting happenings in contemporary club culture. With an arthouse aesthetic, a design led concept and a leaning towards Punk subcultures, content comes ahead of everything on their agenda.
Edition #10 has just been launched and features a mixture of long form journalism, interviews, photography and material written on/by M.E.S.H, Vessel, Powell, Creme Organization’s DJ TLR, The KVB, Juju & Jordash, an essay from experimental artist and video mulcher Torn Hawk, a feature with Hamburg’s Golden Pudel crew (including Ralf Köster, Nika Son & F#X), content with Yør, Kontra-Musik’s Ulf Eriksson and more.
With an intent on publishing bi-annually moving forward, each edition has it’s own underlying theme. If you want to learn more about the magazine, our writer spend an evening with two of it’s key players in London’s Soho last Summer, click here to read on.
As well as printing aesthetically pleasing books, they throw alternative events on the regular in Lucerne and have pressed some limited edition records from the likes of Raime, Black Rain & Young Palaces.
