The Tri-Angle artist has announced a special performance at Tate Britain and revealed the second track from his forthcoming album ‘Punish, Honey’
To celebrate the launch of his forthcoming album ‘Punish, Honey’ Vessel will perform a special show at Tate Britain in collaboration with Liverpool-based performance collective Immix Ensemble. The performance will be a balance of acoustic and electronic instrumentation featuring live violin, saxophone and a variety of analog synths alongside some mapped visuals.
The Bristol based artist named Sebastian Gainsborough created his own set of crude instruments exclusively for this new record. Using sheets of metal for percussion, sawing up bikes to make flutes and creating harmonic guitars all by his own hand. The performance will take place on Friday 3rd October, for more information and tickets see here.
He has also just shared the second track ‘Anima’ from his sophomore album, which will be released on September 15th through Tri-Angle Records. Stream it in full below.
