Theo Parrish will perform at London’s grand Barbican Hall on Saturday, July 12th.
According to a Barbican mail out the Detroit kingpin will be performing “old and new Sound Signature classics” with a full band. We’re not quite sure how one can claim to have a new classic but this will certainly be something.
The performance will take part of the Barbican’s Digital Revolution, a series of exhibitions, films, design, music and video games which will commence on July 3rd.
Parrish will cover beats and keys, Amp Fiddler will also pound keys, Akwasi Mensah on bass, Duminie DePorres plays electric guitar and Myele Manzanza will be on drums.
Tickets are currently on sale to Barbican members. They’ll go on general sale tomorrow at 10am.
