The Hidden Depths Of Ninja Tune

Ninja Tune hold court at fabric this May.

One of the world’s leading independent labels, Ninja Tune continue to go from strength-to-strength in the bass world as they take part in Tiger Beer‘s Hidden Depths project this May, bringing a wealth of electronic talent to London’s fabric for a one off night that explores the labels growing roster of talent.

Taking place on May 16, and in conjunction with London promoters Black Atlantic, the event focuses on a rare performance from Brainfeeder‘s bass-toting hero Thundercat, who’s ‘The Golden Age of Apocalypse’ album charted in a number of weighty end of year polls last year, with the LA artist offering up a fully live show at fabric.

Support comes from fellow innovators Floating Points, who’s Eglo label continues to astound, and Slugabed, who’s debut album ‘Time Team’ also sees a release next month, plus relative newcomer and Caledonian producer Offshore.
