Swamp81 Returns To Cable This Weekend

Loefah’s Swamp81 label returns to London’s Cable club this weekend (October 1) for it’s second label showcase.

Currently churning out some of the bass scene’s biggest anthems (think ‘Foot Crab’, ‘Work Them’, ‘Sicko Cell’, ‘Croydon House’, ‘Swims’) from the likes of Addison Groove, Pearson Sound, Joy O and Pinch, the label has once again hooked up with We Fear Silence to put together an 808 and 303-toting line-up to die for.

Label boss and former half-step master Loefah headlines Room 1, one of the most prolific producers of 2011 Boddika brings his acid bangers, garage legend Zed Bias works his current house flex, dubstep-come-footwork man Addison Groove represents, plus Tectonic boss Pinch bringing the Bristol sound. Other artists include Night Slugs’ Jam City, upcoming Swamp81 releasee Trusta, Will Bankhead’s Trilogy Tapes plus MCs Illaman and Chunky.

Room 2 sees Oneman’s 502 Recordings return with the bossman himself, Fis-T, Teeth, Bad Autopsy, Visionist and MC Asbo.
