Streets Of Beige kick-off 2012 in fine form this Friday (6th January) at the Rhythm Factory.
With an archive of work spanning from perpetual, underground innovations, to chart scaling anthems, Sunship are true pioneers of the UKG sound. Their production credits include Sweet Female Attitude’s ‘Flowers’ and Mis-teeq’s ‘All I Want’ alongside classic remixes for the likes of Chante Moore, Craig David and DJ EZ. With the resurgence of the UKG sound over the last few years, Sunship’s sound is as vital and relevant as ever.
Growing Records artist, My Panda Shall Fly will be in support with his exquisite blend of electronica making waves for the first time at the Rhythm Factory. Another young artist on support duty is BNRY, ” a fast-rising local with a production sensibility that spans staggered bass, Chicago house and Berlin techno, and whose live set hammers as hard as his studio work.” Resident and curator of GetMe, Lixo is set to provide some dancefloor devastation, with forward-thinking blogger Local Authority House joining residents Swimsuit Crew to complete a motley line-up of epic proportions – do not sleep!
