The long running Nottingham night is to make its London bow at The Yard in Hackney Wick this Saturday.
Starting up in 2010, Sounddhism began with a simple mission statement to bring, “all the flavours of a live music scene that had more to offer than stale early shows and soulless concerts”. The intervening four years have seen the night appear around the country and at festivals such as Snowboxx Andorra and Soundwave, with past guests including the likes of Mo Kolours, Throwing Snow, Homeboy Sandman, Fatima and Jehst to name but a few. Following collaborations with London promoters Soundcrash, Wormfood an Fruit Palace, this Saturday 8th November finds Sounddhism stepping out on their own for the first time in the capital with a free night at The Yard.
Featuring on the night are up and coming producer Warren Xclnce, bass leaning selector Jamie Muse with a History of Garage set, prodigious young lyricist Joe Mechanoid and the Sounndhism Soundsystem. Head over to the Facebook event for more details.
