Puma are throwing a party to celebrate the launch of their new store at the freshly opened Boxpark in Shoreditch.
As many already know, a “fresh retail revolution” going by the name of Boxpark recently sprung up on Shoreditch High Street. For those that don’t know Boxpark “strips and refits shipping containers to create unique, low cost, low risk, ‘box shops’. Put them together with a unique mix of international fashion, arts and lifestyle brands, galleries and cafés and you’ve got the world’s first ‘pop-up’ mall – so named because its basic building blocks are inherently movable: they can, and will, literally pop up anywhere in the world!”
To celebrate the opening of the Puma store they have invited a selection of current bass acts to kick things off in style. Ambassador of that ‘purple’ funk sound, Joker, is joined by vocalist Jessie Mills for a special PA. Ninja Tune MC Dels performs alongside DJ sets from Disclosure, Gwilym Gold and Stripes, with some more announcements yet to be made. All of this is absolutely free, simply head down to the Boxpark Puma store to collect your wristband to get in on the night.
