Poland’s UNSOUND Festival Unveil Details For First London Event

Having enjoyed years of success over in the other side of Europe in Poland, UNSOUND is coming to London for a special edition at the end of September. The Krakow-based event sees Poland promote the best in local  talent, as well as pooling promising artists from neighbouring countries, with some of these artists being joined by the UK’s finest in the capital. It’s a side of music and art that we’re not often exposed to here in the UK, so it’s an exciting opportunity to expand your horizons.

Organised in association with the Polish Cultural Institute in London, UNSOUND is set to bring an exciting cultural programme of cutting edge music and arts events to a variety of venues, including the BFI Southbank and Barbican Centre.

The emphasis is placed firmly on innovation and discovery, with some of the UK’s best leftfield artists, including Demdike Stare and Forest Swords, being joined by Polish producers such as Robert Piotrowicz, whose abrasive, synth-driven sounds are something to behold. The music will be coupled suitably out-there visuals, marking this a must for fans of the strange and wonderful.

There will be a chance to see all this and a lot more over events taking place from 26-29 September across London. To find out more and browse the full line-ups head here.
