Directed by “seasoned documentarian” Matthew F.Smith and produced by Low End Theory founder Daddy Kev, ‘Looking For The Perfect Beat’ was filmed during the summer of 2013 and unfolds as a “24-hour tour throughout the city”. Looking to be beautifully shot and promising “a holistic view of L.A.’s key players in this generation’s electronic music landscape”, the film is set to premiere at L.A’s Downtown Film Festival this Sunday-with details of further screenings to follow shortly.
