Lost & Found 2

Lost & Found’s ‘Dedication’ EP To See March 11 Release

S.E.F’s Switched On label prepare their third release.

Following the highly-rated ‘Credentials’ from Alex D££mnds, the label boss dropped his debut EP ‘Autonomy’. He now invites another new name to enter the fray, in the form of Londoner Lost & Found.

‘Dedication’ is his first release proper, after years spent in sound engineering and radio hosting. It picks up where S.E.F left off in three tracks of up-to-date, garage-washed house music. Opener ‘No Regular Jam’ works a simple melody and vocal sample around padded kicks, before ‘The Last Laugh’, a more overtly dancefloor cut, builds up to drop with springy chords and a ethereal synth line. ‘Time Never Waits’ is the most stripped-back of the three, clsoing the release with the panned cymbals that run throughout it, punchy drums and tribal atmospherics.
