Continuing to explore the darker realms of experimental electronic music and visual installations, Inverted Audio have announced their second audiovisual rave which will again be held at Peckham’s Bussey Building.
Fresh from his latest 3-track ‘Turn On The Night’ EP on Russian Torrent Versions, 45 ACP, the grittier alias of French producer D.K., will be headlining this time round. Having released his debut album ‘Change Of Tone’ on NYC’s L.I.E.S. earlier last year, 45 ACP will be bringing his dusty Chicago house and techno sound that’s riding high in Paris at the moment.
Warming up the night will be Inverted Audio founder Antepop (who compiled this special playlist for Ransom Note yesterday in the lead-up to the event). Additional support will come from vinyl only DJ, Ursula, as well as a closing set from audio/visual maestro Em Ju Es Aj Si.
Visual installations will again be provided by London artist Matilda Skelton Mace. Her light sculptures will encompass psychedelic data bending and photographic collage to connect with the music and create a magnetic audiovisual experience.
Inverted Audio bring 45 ACP to Bussey Building, February 5. More info & tickets available here.
