Three of the current scenes top gunners at fabric this weekend.
London’s fabric are firing hard at the minute, as three of the current bass scene’s finest figures headline the East London clubs three rooms, taking in a line-up that boasts the good and great of 2012.
In Room 1 Hyperdub host the launch of recent front page star Scratcha DVA‘s debut artist albuum ‘Pretty Ugly’, as the UK funky star is joined by label boss Kode9, Terror Danjah, Ikonika, Funkystepz, Ill Blu, Morgan Zarate, LV, Ossie plus new signing Walton.
Room 2 sees the launch of Critical Recordings boss Kasra‘s edition to the fabriclive compilation canon, which sees the the label boss run through 29 of the very best progressive d’n’b around (more info on that here). as the forward thinking d’n’b star hosts alongside Phace B2B Misanthrop, Cyantific, Rockwell B2B Jubei, Alix Perez B2B Sabre, Foreign Concept and Emperor.
Upstairs in Room 3 you’ll find BBC Radio 1 selector and Deviation figurehead Benji B taking the reins as he steps outside his role as the stations best dance music DJ to bring through current movers Mickey Pearce, Cinnaman, Lapalux and Moxie.
