To commemorate the 1977 debut of the Old Skool, Vans are throwing are throwing a huge free event at the London House of Vans.
This Friday (10th April) the multi tunnel arts hub that sits below Waterloo station will play host to a stellar line-up of club music, featuring Glasgow’s Hip-Hop poster boy Hudson Mohawke, Girl Unit, Mosca, Murlo and Logan Sama. The gallery space will play host to the Classic & London exhibition, curated by VNA Magazine. Work from 6 talented UK artists will be on display in the Old Vic Tunnels including Will Barras, Inkie, Candy Lo, Tizer, Stika and Miss Led. They have each been invited to put their own signature spin on the iconic Sidestripe insignia and Old Skool across two hand-painted custom pieces.
This event forms part of a two week celebration in London, bringing together the capitals best creative talent for a series of Vans in-store workshops, live street murals, exhibitions & live music.
