‘Have Fun Always’ By Teddy Fitzhugh

Protein present an exhibition of photographs from the young, London-based talent.

In ‘Have Fun Always’, the photographer Teddy Fitzhugh, observes the unconditional and primitive force of music through compelling images of people completely in the moment. The collection of 24 black and white photographs shot for various publications and club nights including Fact, Vice, Earnest Endeavours, Black Atlantic, Numbers and Standard Place, “capture the often dramatic narratives of those special, super fleeting, ephemeral moments that are easily missed and forgotten in a haze of the morning after.”

To commemorate the launch of Have Fun Always, Fitzhugh will be releasing a limited edition book of photographs available on opening night. The show is taking place at 18 Hewett Street from 7pm on Thursday 8th March; our good pals over at Earnest Endeavours will also be djing. Is there a better way to kick start the night before heading down to Fabric for the Eglo Records 3rd Birthday? Possibly not.
