FOUND are taking over Wilson Street in Shoreditch this Saturday for a a day party headlined by two American dance music legends.
Followed up by a warehouse after party, at Factory 7 Warehouse on Hearn Street, the events promise to deliver a fitting send off to summer. The first leg sees Chicago house music pioneer Frankie Knuckles topping the bill alongside Kevin Saunderson ( who recently sat down for a chat with Hyponik ), the man who brought techno from Detroit and to the wider world via his massive early 90’s success with Inner City. They are supported by Voyeur, who have been earning a name for themselves on Kerri Chandler‘s Madtech imprint, and FOUND residents The Mendez Brothers.
Heading up the afterparty is one third of Appolonia, Dyed Soundorom. The Frenchman has been tearing up Ibiza this summer, with the set the opportunity to see him showcasing the mastery of groove that made him such a hit on the White Isle. Also featuring is Hotflush‘s South London Ordnance, with Sion, The Mechanism, Grouper, Schumen and Rollo rounding off a stacked bill.
Catch the video from last year’s FOUND street party, which saw MK and Todd Edwards headlining, for a taste of what to expect. Meanwhile you can find more event info over on the official FOUND page, whilst you can buy tickets ( which are selling out quickly ) here.
