This Friday, June 15, Mike Dehnert’s label, Fachwerk, celebrate a quarter-century of releases at new Found Series offshoot, Blink.
For five years now, the Fachwerk label have been consistently putting out techno music of the highest order. The twenty-five releases, all the work of Mike Dehnert, Roman Lindau and Sascha Rydell, make up a sizeable chunk of Berlin’s rich dance music history.
The main man, Mike Dehnert, has seven albums to his name already, and the next, ‘Fachwerk 25,’ is out on June 18. The tour is to promote and celebrate this landmark release; and when it hits Hidden, you can be sure of a show as close to the real deal in Berlin as London can offer.
Room two is taken care of by Well Rounded, Brighton’s ever-growing label, run by Donga. They’ve built a quality roster of artists including the talented Leon Vynehall, Hackman, Deadboy, South London Ordnance and more. For Blink, they bring an exciting bill comprising of James Fox, Leon Vynehall, Hodge and the label head. This room gives the night a compromising balance of house and techno.
Room three is Get Some and Liminal Sounds. In conjunction, they bring intriguing producer Kashmir Kid, and regulars Ouzo, Richard Aki, Elsewhere and Knuckles.
