Fabric Launch Marky’s ‘Fabriclive 55’

Following on from the champion dub selector David Rodigans ‘Fabriclive 54’, drum and bass heavy DJ Marky has been drafted in for the 55th edition of the Fabriclive mixtape series. The Sao Paulo selector has been infusing dancefloors with Brazillian flavoured drum & bass grooves for over a decade now, with his Fabriclive selection bringing a soulful vibe throughout with tracks such as Calibre’s ‘Even If’, 8Bit & Q-Project’s ‘T1’, Skream’s ‘Motorway’ and Commix’s ‘Double Double’, proving theres still strength and depth within drum & bass music.

To commemorate the release Fabric roll out an assortment of UK bass associates for their February 4th launch. Heading up Room One alongside Marky is crack-house chief DJ Zinc with MC Script, UK Funky posterboy Doneao performing new material and Autonomic’s own dBridge completeing the bill. Scratch Perverts prop up Room Two with the highlight coming from Numbers boss, and Fabriclive 57 selector Jackmaster going back-to-back with 502 Records honcho Oneman. Urban Nerds take over Room Three with Rinse FMs Marcus Nasty and Skism joining the Urban Nerds own Rattus Rattus, Klose One, Ordio Kid and Illaman.
