London via Nottingham promoters Dollop are teaming up with Relative to take over the Barbican this week.
Running from today through till Wednesday, Dollop and Relative will have control of the Barbican’s cavernous interior where they will be putting on sets from Jackmsaster, Loefah, Vondelpark and others as part of a collaboration entitled B++. Whilst Dollop are supplying the musical guests, creative agency Relative are supplying visuals created by the coding language C++, which will be influenced directly by the movements of the DJ’s/performers and the music they are playing. Entry to the unique events is free, with the performances acting as part of the wider month long programme of Hack The Barbican events taking place across August.
Next up for Dollop is their Swamp 81 event at Heaven on August 25th, which sees them Jackmaster and Loefah lining up alongside Boddika, Zed Bias and Mala. More details of the Barbican event can be found here, whilst you can watch a video of Dollop’s London NYE party at The Troxy below.
