London dubstep label celebrates it’s seventh year at Melkweg in Amsterdam.
According to Loefah’s Tumblr page, and a post appearing in the DMZ Facebook group, DMZ, the legendary label and club night run by Mala, Coki and Loefah are set to celebrate their seventh birthday away from the normal London stomping ground, and temporarily move the night to Amsterdam’s (frankly superb) Melkweg club.
This would be the first time the club has celebrated it’s birthday away from their South London stronghold, with the annual March date normally causing 2-3 hour queues outside the labels past home of Mass, not to mention pilgrimages from as far away as America and (rumoured) Australia.
This time around, the Amsterdam date has a line-up worthy of Croydon’s finest, with Oneman, Kode9, Joker, Artwork, James Blake, Ben UFO, Benny Ill, El-B, Jason Transition and of course, Digital Mystikz playing back-to-back with Loefah.
You can view the artwork for the show below, and book tickets over at the Melkweg website.
