Run of clothing to be packaged alongside exclusive EPs
Following on from 2015’s highly successful collaboration, Dutch label Dekmantel has once again joined forces with streetwear brand Patta for a six piece run of garments, which will drop in the run up to this year’s Dekmantel Festival.
The collection will include a football jersey, an active short, a long sleeve t-shirt, a zip hooded sweater, a camp hat, and a crossbody bag, featuring artwork taken from various albums on the Dekmantel roster. Each of the two drops will come packaged with exclusive two track vinyl EPs; the first containing a re-pressing of Young Marco’s 2015 Patta anthem ‘The Best I Could Do (With What I Had)’, alongside a masterful remix of the song’s dusty, analogue groove from Amsterdam based LA producer Suzanne Kraft.
The second EP will feature Dekmantel affiliate Tom Trago’s return to the label with moody house tune ‘Brutal Romance’, with Versatile Records chief Gilb’R providing an extra layer of noise to the tune’s already rich sonic palette.
The first EP, featuring Young Marco and Suzzanne Kraft, bundled with the football jersey, active shorts and crossbody bag will be released on the 28th of July, available exclusively through the Dekmantel x Patta webstore, at the Patta store in Amsterdam and at Dekmantel Festival in August.
