Toronto techno duo Gingy & Bordello are set to release an impressive debut EP entitled Turbo 127.
With previous success at fabric’s ‘Kill Em All’ nights alongside Riton and Brodinski, Gingy & Bordello have establised themselves within the calibre of industrial-inspired house and techno. Indeed in their mix for fabric, Gerry Read, Green Velvet and Kevin McPhee can be found amongst the tracklisting.
McPhee has also edited ‘Turbo 127’s ‘Iron and Water’ as part of a remix EP, reworking the tune to a darker, ominious vibe with a driving, urgent bassline and climactic high-hats.
The original mix of ‘Iron and Water’ is the opener on Turbo Recording’s latest compilation ‘New Jack Techno’, which you can stream below, and watch out for the EP droping on July 9 and the remix EP On July 23.
