The Dutch artist will present his debut live band performance in London this September
Dutch sensation Bakermat has announced a showcasing of his first ever full live band show at the O2 Academy in Brixton on Saturday 6th September.
This event also marks the launch party for the release of his debut album. The record is said to be his “fullest artistic statement to date” a melodic fusion of House and Techno with Jazz and Soul influences. It comes on labels Delicieuse Records and Soundplate.
This 90-minute show will feature old and new material with Bakermat on keys alongside a saxophonist, key player, bass player, vocalist and a percussionist fro what’s sure to be a sensory overload of a performance.
Support on the night will come from and global house stars Goldfish plus Aka Aka & Thalstroem, Kant & Jolyon, various live instrumentalists and more guests to be announced ahead of the event.
Another selling point is the announcement that Void Acoustics will be partnering up with the event promoters to set up a custom rig for the night. With a reported £55k being spent on production, this show is going to look and sound great.
