Auntie Flo and Romare are just two of more than 40 acts who will be lining up as part of London Remixed Festival in Shoreditch this Saturday.
The event promises to ‘show how the music of London mixes with the whole world’ and will take place across 4 venues in the area. The aforementioned pair of DJ’s will be playing at the Future African Underground part of the festival ran by promoters Wormfood at Village Underground. Here acts will be offering their own take on African music, with Romare and Auntie Flo featuring alongside Dub Colossus, DJ Viv, Ghostwriterz and more.
Other highlights of the event include a 1920-50’s remix session at Strong Room ‘complete with its own alfresco head-phone ballroom’ and a Latin remix session at Rich Mix. Full details of the event can be found on the Facebook page or the website, whilst tickets can be bought here. Meanwhile you can check out the official video above and the flyer below.
