The second wave announcement for the London event series also includes Untold and K15.
Convergence is a series of events with a focus on electronic music and the pioneers focusing on technology to innovate: “to break the usual beat rather than getting stuck in a loop,” is how they put it themselves.
Clark will present his recently unveiled oscilloscope driven audio-visual live show ‘Phosphor’ at Village Underground alongside Border Community’s Luke Abbott, Vessel (live) and Rival Consoles for the official opening party on the 12th.
Sonic explorer Andy Stott will perform alongside Untold, who’s production methods are constantly progressing at VU on March 13th with more names to be announced.
Shackleton will join Mouse On Mars and Paula Temple for a night of avant-garde rhythmic excursions on the 20th and we’re pleased to hear the news that recent Wild Oats signing (and one of our most-tipped artists for this year) K15 will be joining virtuoso conceptualist Matthew Herbert who will be returning to his Herbert moniker for a rare live show on the 17th. Some of the other names on the line-up include Andrew Weatherall, Snow Ghosts, Portico, Zomby & Darkstar.
The forward thinking event will take place over ten days from March 12 – 21st and across multiple venues including Village Underground, The Royal Festival Hall, The Barbican, St. John At Hackney Church & the Amnesty International centre in Shoreditch.
