Since 2007, Denovali Records have curated and organised international music festivals, with an imposing lists of past guests including Ben Frost, Nils Frahm and Oneohtrix Point Never.
With a focus on various forms of experimental and avant-garde, this year’s dynamic line up will see Andy Stott – who recently announced his latest LP Too Many Voices, set for release on April 22 – take to the stage at St John at Hackney Church on Friday April 15. Also appearing will be Irish duo Lakker, bringing with them their distinctive visuals to accompany their haunting soundscapes, as well as performances from Orson Hentschel and Endsemble Economique.
Saturday April 16 will see Denovali take over Kings Place in King’s Cross, with performances from Piano Interrupted, Poppy Ackroyd, Sebastian Plano and The Dale Cooper Quartet.
A headliner principle of the festival is that all artists receive the same attention, with the duration of each performance running at equal length. So get down early, doors open at 6:30pm.
