Zenker Brothers pick 5 acts to watch at Found Festival this Saturday

Munich’s best-loved brothers reveal who’s getting them excited for Found.

Dario and Marco Zenker have proven to be one of techno’s most thrilling acts in recent years. After founding the consistently excellent Ilian Tape imprint in 2007, the duo kick-started their releases together with 2011’s Berg 10 EP and later released on Tresor and Marcel Fengler’s IMF. Their debut album, last year’s Immersion was their finest work together, and coalesced their wildly varied influences into ten slices of hazy techno and shrouded ambience.

A formidable DJ pair, they’ve set light to countless parties over the years and will showcase more of their trademark sound when they appear this Saturday at Found Festival in south London’s Brockwell Park. Ahead of the all-day party, Dario and Marco let us know who they’ll be checking out once they’ve finished their set. Read on…

1. Trade (Live) – Find Me In The Dark stage

Surgeon is one of your biggest heroes, and Blawan one of the most refreshing artist of the last few years.
So this is a deadly combination to see live, for sure.

2. Legowelt (live) – Find Me In The Dark stage

Legowelt has released a lot of really good records and we are excited to see him playing live. His style is pretty wide ranged, so it’s hard to guess how it will sound, which is dope.

3. Kassem Mosse (live) – Find Me In The Dark stage

We saw him live once during Sonar in Barcelona at the Hessle Audio party. His set was really grooving and had a lovely vibe. Great artitst!

4. Leon Vynehall – FOUND stage

Leon Vynehall made some incredible tunes. We’ve never heard him DJ so are looking forward to seeing him behind the decks.

5. Petre Inspirescu – Art Of Dark stage

This track still has a vibe like no other, and Mr. Inspirescu still stands out tall from the Romanian wave with his very own style. We’ve never seen him live so we’re excited for that.

Zenker Brothers play Found Festival, this Saturday June 11 in Brockwell Park, London. Final tickets here.
