It’s a biggun – we have a pair of tickets to Outlook AND Dimension to give away!
Croatian festivals have become more common than novelty dubstep remixes on Youtube over the last few years, but there are still two that sit head and shoulders above most of the competition. Outlook and its housier sister Dimensions take place on successive weeks this September and for many, they form the highlight of the electronic festival season due to the strength and breadth of their lineups and the magnificent seaside setting of Fort Punta Christo in which they take place.
Outlook this year boasts some of the leading lights in underground Hip Hop atop its bill with Mos Def (now going by the name Yasiin Bey), Joey Badass, Jay Electronica and The Pharcyde, all adding to the now customary blend of carefully chosen Dubstep and Drum and Bass. Entering its sixth year, Outlook is renowned worldwide as one of the premier celebrations of Soundsystem culture and music, and with over 400 acts turning out for this year’s edition, that reputation will only be enhanced.
The more House and Techno focussed counterpart to Outlook, Dimensions debuted last year to rave reviews. Boasting sound quality that is arguably unrivaled by any other festival of its size, thousands flocked to Pula, Croatia to enjoy the forward thinking line up and incredible location. With this year’s sophomore edition featuring performances from Detroit supergroup 3 Chairs, Daphni, Tony Allen and UK techno vet (and recent Hyponik interviewee) Dave Clarke all set to play.
Being the generous souls we are at Hyponik, we’ve secured two pairs of tickets to BOTH Outlook and Dimensions to give away to one lucky winner. All we ask from you is that you complete the form below before next Monday 19th August at 3pm.
The prize includes camping passes for both festivals but NOT any flights unfortunately. Please bear in mind as well that the festivals run from Thursday 29th August – Monday 2nd September (Outlook) and Thursday 5th September – Monday 9th September.
Now without any further ado, go get em!
