New Montreal-based dj/producer Jacques Greene has been making waves over the past few weeks after appearing late last year on both the ‘Night Slugs All-Stars’ compilation, and Glasgow’s LuckyMe label, with some quality forward-thinking house music in the form of ‘The Look’ and ‘(Baby I Don’t Know) What You Want’.
With little known about the young producer, the hype around his productions is starting to grow – ourselves even picking him in December for 5 For The Month – and he’ll now be playing the Bleep stage at this years Bloc weekend, alongside Kyle Hall, Luke Abbott and Boxcutter.
We have an exclusive mix from the man himself, taking in his beloved R&B, some quality techno from the likes of 2562, plus a host of unknown exclusives. No tracklist this time around, but as Jacques told us, you can expect “some techno new and old, new stuff from friends, and I always liked the Drake version of ‘Fall For Your Type’ better.”
You can buy advance tickets, catch interviews with the line-up and find out more information over at the official Bloc website.
