Mosca’s ‘Done Me Wrong / Bax’ Sees Release On Numbers
When we first heard Mosca’s ‘Done Me Wrong’, we knew the London producer had an anthem in the bag.
That was back in April, when the London producer and Night Slug associate guested on Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide show on Radio 1. Since then, the retro-4×4 goodness of ‘Done Me Wrong’ has barely left the office stereo, yet we were starting to worry about whether we’d ever have the full version, depite news that it had been signed to Glasgow party starters Numbers.
Our fears are now allayed with news from the Numbers camp that they’ll be releasing the crisp-low-end garage banger on September 12, backed with a weighty b-side in the form of ‘Bax’, showing that, over a year after he made jaws drop with his Square One EP, Mosca has a firm hold on the game.
